Answer:

agencies of government. It encompasses the rules, regulations, procedures, and decisions made
by these agencies while carrying out their duties and functions. Administrative Law ensures that
government actions are lawful, fair, transparent, and accountable to citizens. It provides a
framework for the exercise of administrative power, including the procedures for making
decisions, the rights of individuals affected by those decisions, and the mechanisms for
challenging administrative actions through judicial review. Essentially, Administrative Law
serves to regulate the relationship between the government and its citizens in the realm of
administrative activities.
2. Discuss the meaning of an organ of state as defined in the Constitution of South Africa, 1996
and list three examples of organs of state. [10]
