Sales associate qualifications for licensure ️Be 18 or older HS diploma or equal SS# Be honest, truthful, trustworthy, of good character and have a eruption for fair dealing Be competent and qualified to make RE transactions and conduct negotiations with safety to investors and others Application disclosures ️Charges of moral turpitude and fraud. Aliases. Any denial, suspension or revocation of license in this or any other state or nation. If ever found guilty of any conduct or practice that would have been grounds for the above. Includes acting as an RE licensee or broker. Pre RE licensing education ️Sales associate Course 1 60 hours plus 3 hr end of course exam. 45 Q on principles and practice, 45 Q on RE law, 10 Q on math.
