shigellosis, smallpox, syphilis, tetanus/C. tetani, toxic shock syndrome
(TSS) (other than streptococcal), tuberculosis (TB), typhoid fever,
vancomycin-intermediate and vancomycin-resistant, viral hemorrhagic
fever, staphylococcus aureus (VISA/VRSA)
