= proces dat er voor zorgt dat de bloeding wordt gestelpt bij bescahdiging van bloedvat
Vasocontrictie
= Vernauwen bloedvatwand → verminderde bloedtoevoer → minder bloeddoorstroming
→ makkelijker voor bloedplaatjes om te aggregeren
Primaire hemostase
= Adhesie + aggregatie van bloedplaatjes aan beschadigde vaatwand
Collageen en Von Willebrand factor belangrijk
4.2.1 Verschillende stappen




1. Adhesie: bloedplaatjes hechten
zich vast aan collageenvezels via
VwF
2. Activatie bloedplaatjes door
collageen → trombocyt verandert
van vorm
3. Secretie: trombocyt geeft ADP
(adenosinedifosfaat) en
tromboxaan A2 af = activatoren
om andere trombocyten te
activeren (B)
4. Aggregatie: geactiveerde
trombocyten hechten aan
geadhereerde trombocyten (C)
