In this report, I will explain the inital idea or developing a small bsiness.
The type o bsiness or the inital idea is a lavender arm with a arm shop named ‘Cam ridge
Lavender’. The bniqbe selling point o this idea is the locaton, as it wobld e located extremely close
to Cam ridge, as well as relatvely close to London. The reason or this idea is the potental year-
robnd profits, as well as the amobnt o money needed to contnbe to gain a profit, on top o the low
inital investment needed to start the bsiness.
Obr compettve edge may not e maintained as people see the potental to this bsiness, however,
this will not mean that we are bncompettve, as we will not bndercbt bsinesses, rather market as a
more matbre rand and the original in Cam ridge, as we will have gained a ollowing y the tme
