Centrale zenuwstelsel = rein en ruggenmerg
Perifere zenuwstelsel = alle zenuwen die daaruit treden

Sensorisch = vangen informate op
Motorisch = sturen aan

Efferent = van zenuwstelsel naar perifeer
Afferent = van perifeer naar zenuwstelsel

Autonoom = on ewust
Somatsch = ewust

Sympathisch = fght or ight, actef
Parasympatsch = in rust, rest-digest


Anatomie centrale zenuwstelsel:

Ruggenmerg
• Cervicale en lum ale intumescentes (verdikkingen)
• Loopt door tot L1/L2
• Vanaf daar > Cauda equina (paardenstaart)
• Regelt informatestroom van en naar hersenen
• Belangrijk re excentrum

Hersenstam:
Bestaat uit:
• Medulla o longata (verlengde merg)
• Pons ( rug)
• Middenhersenen (mesencephalon)

Formato rectcularis:
• Complexe structuur over gehele lengte hersenstam
• Belangrijk ij arousel en slaap-waakritme

Thalamus:
• Eivormige structuur in de tussenhersenen
• Schakelcentrum

Basale ganglia:
• Groep hersenkernen (nuclei) in de tussenhersenen
• Zeer complexe neuronale circuits
• Belangrijk voor automatsche en emotonele motoriek

• Maakt fjne motoriek mogelijk

Cere rale hemisferen
Cere rum = grote hersenen
Cortex = schors
Cere i = van de grote hersenen

Cortex cere ri:
• Buitenste 6 cellagen van het rein
• Bewuste processen
Laesies in de frontale cortex:

Te merken aan verandering in:

•Geweten
•Geheugen
•Pro leemoplossend vermogen

Het rein is plastsch > vermogen om contnu te veranderen en te vervormen.
• Maakt motorisch leren mogelijk
• Maakt herstel na schade mogelijk

• Sensomotorische cirkel

• Hiërarchisch model

Re exmodel:
Zorgt dat er na een stmuli een reacte komt.
Sensor > Sensorische neuron > Centraal zenuwstelsel > Motoneuron > Effector

Sensomotorische cirkel:
• Acteve sensoriek > re-afferente
• Ex-afferente (info van uitenaf)
• Feed ack en feedforward

• Sensoriek leidt tot motoriek

Banenmodel:
• Er estaan vaste anen tussen verschillende delen van het zenuwstelsel
• Sensoren en spiergroepen he en een exclusieve aan naar een specifek gedeelte van het rein
• Wanneer deze aan geactveerd wordt, volgt sensate in het rein
• Elektrische stmulate van een zenuw zorgt voor contracte van een specifeke spier
• Parasthesieen in de extremiteiten kunnen het gevolg zijn van stmulate in het ruggenmerg
