The executive bonuses have become an obstacle that has not only disrupted the company’s budget, it has placed the value of the employees underneath a comfortable, balanced level. By creating a program that sets limitations of exec utive bonuses based on performance and overall company budget, this will guarantee that the employee’s compensation will not be affected and that the top executives receive their bonuses when Techfite’s performance exceeds placed goals and works with the company’s total budget. 2. Employee Benefit Program – The employee benefit program will emphasize Techfite’s objective of leadership development and workplace collaboration. Beginning with full time employment of 30 hours or more a week, the company will offer a benefit package that includes medical, vision, dental, and retirement. Part time employees are eligible to receive the same benefit package with discounted rates. Techfite will also invest into tuition assistance, which will help employees sharpen their skills as they progress
