Dhr. X. is een 95-jarige patiënt. Dhr. is woonachtig in een verzorgingshuis. Dhr. is kort geleden
gediagnosticeerd met prostaatcarcinoom met ossale metastasen. Dhr. krijgt sindsdien bicaluatamide,
butranspleisters en movicolon.
Dhr. heeft nu sinds 4 dagen geen ontlasting meer gehad. ‘De laatste keer was dhr. zijn ontlasting dun,
het leek hierbij alsof het ergens langs moest’, aldus de verpleging van het verzorgingshuis.
Hiervoor had dhr. dagelijks ontlasting. Dhr. heeft momenteel drukkende pijn in de buik. Gister was
dhr. ook misselijk, dhr. heeft toen 2x gebraakt. Vandaag heeft dhr. weinig gegeten, alleen één
boterham vanmorgen. Mictie; geen bijzonderheden.
Dhr. had vandaag nog 2 microlax gekregen van de verpleging maar kreeg hierop geen resultaat. Dhr.
heeft geen koorts.
Dhr. is opgenomen vanuit de SEH op afdeling B.
