DISCUSSION & CONCLUSION Assessment of case: Critically reflect on the intervention. Identify any potential limitations and problems you might encounter, and how you will address them. Theoretical links: Reference any theories, models and evidence from the literature that are relevant to the objectives, design, delivery, outcomes and evaluation of the intervention. Conclusion/Link to Public Health: Describe what value your intervention will add, and how it likely to improve public health and /or reduce health inequalities.
