Introduction:
In this report, I will investigate the training and development of the well-known online retailer Amazon. I will
focus on providing examples of the firm's numerous training and development programmes in order to assess
why it's beneficial for the organisation to train personnel in order to achieve the company's goals. The report
will cover the estimated expenses of training programmes for the business, as well as an analysis of different
training methods and how they are more beneficial to the business and employee needs. Furthermore a
conclusion will be met at the supported evidence presented.
