What is Legislative Intent? -to ensure that every physical therapy practitioner practicing in the state of FL meets the minimum requirements for SAFE practice. 'Physical Therapy Practioner" - a PT or PTA who is liscensed and who practices PT "Physical Therapy" OR "Physiotherapy" each term is deemed identical and interchangeable
