Introduction
In this report, I will be analyzing and explaining the two businesses I have previously chosen for
the last tasks (Tesco & Oxfam) are influenced by stakeholders. Most businesses require
stakeholders to accelerate the growth of businesses therefore allowing the business to achieve
their goals and objectives at a much more efficient rate. First, I will explain what a stakeholder
is, the different stakeholders of the two chosen businesses, the influence and impact they have
on the business and drawing a conclusion from this report, all of which will be considered in
depth and the sources for the information will be included at the bottom of the report.

Stakeholder
A stakeholder is a party that has an interest in a company, and can either affect or be
affected by the business. The primary stakeholders in a typical corporation are its investors,
employees and customers. Stakeholders can be internal or external. Internal stakeholders
are people whose interest in a company comes through a direct relationship, such as
through employment, ownership or investment. External stakeholders are those people who
do not directly work with a company but are affected in some way by the actions and
outcomes of said business.
Internal Stakeholders
Owner- The owner would possibly be the most important stakeholder for any business as it
affects their growth, earnings and wealth. The owner of the business manages and
influences the business due to the amount of decisions they must make, the operations of
the business and what it does it make and maximize profit. This then ties in with the
reputations of the owner which can be a big factor in the business growth. Owners have the
management and ability to open or close shops, factories, change hierarchal structure of
