Which three American migrations in the late-19th century had the largest impact on reconstructing America in the decades following the Civil War?
Shortly after the civil war in the 19 th century, the American social, political and economic organization was disrupted due to the migration as northern America moved to the south and the Black Americans moved to the northern part of America. Additionally, the Indian Americans were displaced from their native lands. The northern and southern urban cities were filled with immigrants who have played a significant role in American society's growth and development. This essay discuses the three migrations, one of the African Americans to the northern part of America, the relocation of North America to the southern states, and racialized immigrants' movement. However, the racialized immigrants' movement played a critical role in the reconstruction of America after the civil war due to their labor input in the factories and industries.
