CABG: Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting




CAG: Coronary Angio Graphy
• Contrastvloeistof wordt ingespoten, wordt in de bloedbaan gespoten, zo worden de vaten
zichtbaar
• Vaten met een hoek van 90 graden hebben meer kans op artherosclerose.
• Vaak via de lies, maar kan tegenwoordig ook via de hals of arterie radialis.
• Kijken hoe ernstig de vernauwing is
• CAG is de gouden standaard om te diagnosticeren of er coronaire vaatproblematiek is
Dit doe je als iemand last heeft van:
• Een myocard infacrt
• Instabiele angina pectoris
• Progressieve AP

Risico’s en complicaties:
- Tijdens zo’n ingreep kun je een hartinfarct krijgen. Je sluit het vat tijdelijk af.
- Beroerte
- Vaatwant beschadigen met de katheter
- Allergische reactie van vloeistof
- Bloedingen
- Infecties
- Stralingsbelasting van röntgen
