1. INTRODUCTION
In this assessment, I will be conducting research to gain a deeper understanding of
our target audiences, analyzing our current communication channels and
messaging, and developing a comprehensive communication plan that aligns with
our organizational goals , module and objectives. I will also be evaluating the
effectiveness of our communication efforts to ensure that we are achieving our
desired outcomes and making progress towards our goals. By prioritizing effective

2 PUBLIC OPINION AND PUBLIC RELATIONS

The Dove's Reverse Selfie (#SelfieTalk) campaign was a successful public relations
campaign that aimed to promote self-confidence and self-esteem among young
women. The campaign encouraged women to share "reverse selfies" of themselves,
which showed their beauty beyond their physical appearance. The campaign was
successful in gaining massive online engagement and was described as "beautiful"
