One inch diameter circle with the words "Notary Public or Notarial seal. 2. Name of the notary public 3. State of Ohio * Can either be stamped or embossed Jurisdiction Powers - ☑☑All may be completed within the state of Ohio: 1. Administer oaths required or authorized by law 2. Take and certify depositions 3.
