, Samenvatting
Verschillende celonderdelen in weefsel kunnen gescheiden worden door middel van fractionering
gevolg door differentiële centrifugatie. Om vervolgens te controleren of alle celonderdelen juist zijn
gescheiden, kan er een enzymactiviteitbepaling worden uitgevoerd van de enzymen LDH en SDH.
Hiermee kan worden gekeken welke celonderdelen in welke fractie aanwezig zijn.

Volgens de opgestelde hypothese werd er verwacht dat fractie P1 alle celonderdelen zou moeten
bevatten. Fractie P2 zou mitochondriën en lysosomen moeten bevatten en fractie P3 zou ribosomen,
cytoplasma en endoplasmatisch reticulum moeten bevatten. De SDH zou de laagste activiteit moeten
vertonen in fractie P3 en LDH zou de laagste activiteit moeten vertonen in fractie P2.

Uit de metingen kwamen bij de SDH activiteit de volgende resultaten. P1 5,46*104 Units/mL, P2
6,63*104 Units/mL en P3 2,22*104 Units/mL. Hierin heeft fractie P3 zoals verwacht de laagste SDH
activiteit.

Uit de metingen kwamen bij de LDH activiteit de volgende resultaten. P1 2,19*107 Units/mL, P2
3,62*106 Units/mL en P3 1,71*107 Units/mL. Hierbij heeft fractie P2 zoals verwacht de laagste LDH
activiteit.
