She reported that as a PhD student, she was earning R2 000,00 per month as a Laboratory Assistant, for helping setup and supervise undergraduate students with their experiments during the 2019 and 2020 academic years. Ms Menzi also reported that it would have taken her a total of approximately three years to complete her qualification (i.e., 2018 until end 2020). She has not returned to complete her studies due to the limitations imposed by the accident-related sequelae and her dream of completing her PhD seems to have been thwarted. As the Senior Supervising Psychologist, you are planning to organise a team to handle the matter of Ms Menzi.
