Entrepreneur vs intrapreneur
Entrepreneurs start their own business, they have that risk taking
factor. They also have strong managerial skills
An intrapreneur lacks the risk taking factor, and rather works for an
entrepreneur, they don't wanna risk losing their capital
Entrepreneurial Qualities
● Passionate Visionaries (believed they could do something that no
one else can)
● Creative Thinkers (need to be able to think outside the box)
● Risk Takers (they take the chance of investing their time and
money)
● Good leaders (has to be able to persuade other to pursue this
‘dream’)
● Independent Spirits (their in control and like to be internally
motivated)
● Perseverance (work hard and don't give up)
● Opportunist (right place, right time)
