Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS) is the air navigation services provider company owned by the government of Saudi Arabia. It is responsible for monitoring Saudi Arabia’s airspace and ensuring its safety at all times by providing air traffic management, air navigation systems including the procurement, operations and maintenance of all air navigation systems kingdom wide, as well as the aeronautical information management. As a Communication Systems Technical Specialist, my role is to perform required maintenance activities and operations to resolve issues and problems faced by the components or systems relating to communication. This role involves providing technical improvement recommendation of communication systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant SQE procedures, reporting and documentation of yearly reports and enforcing policies, procedures and processes in day-to-day activities.
