2.2. The role of a teacher is to assess their classroom setting and determine the
most effective methods for fostering student learning there. They do it skill-
fully, reflectively, and with the necessary prudence, taking into account both
their own values and those of their pupils and other stakeholders. Educators
understand that their choices may not lead to the desired results. They keep
tabs on the long-term effects of their decisions, assess the outcomes, and
adjust course as needed. However, students must fulfil their end of the bargain
by showing up to class and doing the work assigned by the instructor. Their job
gets increasingly hands-on outside of class, requiring them to read and
complete assignments handpicked by the instructor. It is the responsibility of
the classroom instructor to design lessons, acquire necessary materials, and

, deliver those lessons in order to bring about the desired results in their
students. The classroom teacher practices critical reflection and inquiry to
increase expertise in motivating and educating children.
1. The supervisor
The instructor is responsible for maintaining order in the classroom. The
manager function aids the educator in assuming control of the classroom,
where they can then employ a variety of instructional strategies and maintain
order among their students. In the Natural Science and Technology classroom
this role is important in order to keep the learners in order and make sure
everything is going according to plan, regarding practical tasks, work being
taught, homework given and checked, etc.
2. The cue-giver
In this position, you will play a crucial part in stimulating interest and
engagement in your Natural Science and Technology classroom. The teacher's
function as prompter is analogous to that of a side-line cheerleader
encouraging her team to cross the finish line first.
3. The aid
Those in the support role are responsible for modifying lessons so that every
student can achieve mastery in your Natural Science and Technology
classroom. Teachers need to understand that they are in the role of helper and
that they should only provide assistance when asked for.
4. The assessor
The duty of the assessor is to promote and implement classroom correction
strategies. In the Natural Science and Technology classroom it is important to
also give feedback to the learners as the assessor, so they are able to fix their
mistakes and do better in the future, they will also understand better with the
correct feedback given to them after their assessments.
5. The preparer
The success of every Natural Science and Technology lesson plan hinges on
careful preparation. Teachers who take the time to properly prepare for their
lessons gain both self-assurance and the ability to better serve their students.
As the class's preparer, the instructor is in a position to tailor their lessons to
each individual's needs.

2.3. Controlling a class effectively does not depend solely on the instructor.
Each student can contribute to a more effective and pleasurable classroom
experience by taking on a few simple responsibilities. The students'
contributions to a well-managed classroom are crucial to its success. To
contribute to the development and upkeep of a productive learning
environment, students must be aware of their roles and the expectations
