misrepresentations that may arise during the
formation of contract between parties in a
Vodafone Contract. The definition will be
provided for each type of misrepresentation.
Furthermore, other ways a contract may be
invalidated or vitiated will be listed and
explained.

,WHAT IS MISREPRESENTATION?


 Thisis defined as a false statement of factual
information, made by one party (either
Vodafone or the buying customer) within a
contract that is in the process of becoming
valid to the other party, with the view of
persuading the other party.
