The Company had decided to expand its human resources due to the increase in their production capacity and customer demands. The current team (coded ‘Team 1’) handling product deployments are fully loaded with the lengthy work on implementations and maintenance on large and primary projects. A secondary team of professionals are to be recruited and utilised for lower to medium range software deployments. After a very competitive interview process, assume you were selected as the new Project Manager – Product Deployment which is code named ‘Team 2’. Your first appointment will be to undertake product implementation tasks for the new Computer aided learning and management system for Government Schools called ‘eTeacher’. The product is now completing its systems testing stage.
