Hoorcollege 5 - Belasting en belastbaarheid bij volwassenen
Uitgangspunten MDBB
Iedere patiënt heeft een uniek BPS profiel
Binnen dit profiel wordt er gestreefd naar een dynamisch
evenwicht
Dit evenwicht wordt uitgedrukt in de termen ‘belasting’ en
‘belastbaarheid’.

Belasting: Stressoren die het evenwicht dreigen te verstoren
Belastbaarheid: De reactie op een stressor om de verstoring
tegen te gaan of om de balans te herstellen.

Belastbaarheid:
● Perifere sensitisatie (biologie)
● Ziekteperceptie en coping (psychologie
● Reacties partner (sociaal)

Het lichaam probeert continu te streven naar een dynamisch evenwicht.
Er wordt continue trainen tussen belasting en belastbaarheid.
Het lichaam past zich aan, aan de manier waarop jij je lichaam gebruikt. Door bijvoorbeeld
spiermassa af te breken als je het niet meer gebruikt.
Er wordt steeds een nieuwe dynamisch evenwicht gevonden.




Pijn en schade staan los van elkaar. De kleur van het lampje zorgt voor een andere
pijnervaring.
