1. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AFFAIRS
Internal affairs are activities of a company involving the company's organs. So, it relates
towards the organization or management of corporation interaction between organs within the
corporation. External affairs are the opposite of internal affairs. External affairs are activities
where the company is interacting with parties outside of the company. So, it relates towards
the corporation having legal personality corporation as person acting with external parties.12
