INTRODUCTION This paper shows the systematic structure in which Amazons project plan becomes a success in the deployment of a self-service portal platform for sites that were internally built by internal and external stakeholders, employees and the IT Team in specific, to produce Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and a SQL Server 2010 Enterprise storage database to the Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Service) cloud. This project plan should have all stakeholders to engage in the development of the project. Main stakeholders are the director of this project, employees who take part in the design and implementation process of the upgraded application versions, and shareholders (Jeff Bezos, Fidelity Management& Research Company)
