I swore by this checklist during my science GCSEs and ended up jumping up to receiving grade 8s from previously working at 6s the prior two years. It includes all topics you'll need to feel confident in (in detail) in order to ace the exams! It includes checklists for all three of the sciences - biology, physics, and chemistry. I made this free since it only covers what to focus on, not the actual content, and I know that most 15-16 year olds don't have the money to spend on a checklist!

This was SO helpful! It's a very extensive checklist, and all for free! GCSEs are starting next week, and I've been revising science using this. So far, I can tell that this is helping due to being so descriptive of what we need, and I'm confident I will do super well thanks to this checklist. Thanks to the seller for answering all the questions I had!
