- Performance, acquisition
Leren gericht op beklijven
- Retention
Leren gericht op wendbaar (flexibel) gebruik
- Transfer

Transfer = Toepassen in een andere setting dan waarin geleerd is
Retentie = Herhaling van het geleerde op een later moment

Motorisch leren:
Motoriek is:
- Normaal
+ Zie je vaak bij sporters
- Abnormaal
+ Patiënten met een aandoening (bandjes en/of spieren)
- Primitief
+ Hele jonge patiënten (ontwikkelingsmotoriek)

Leren van:
- Nieuw leren
- Her-leren
- Adapteren/compenseren


Motorisch leren → De patiënt:
Wat gebeurt er?
- Van motorische controle toestand ‘a’ naar motorische controle ‘b’
- Permanente aanpassing van de bewegingssturing vanuit diverse
denkmodellen

Patiënt ontwikkelt zich op 3 niveau’s: perceptie-cognitie-actie vanuit
- General motor programs
- Open-loop/closed-loop bewegingssturing
- Perceptie-actie koppeling
- Zelfsturing/zelfregulatie

Als een patiënt gaat leren maakt de patiënt gebruik van:
- Perceptie/sensoriek
+ Visus
+ Gehoor
+ Tactiel
+ Kinesthesie/propriocepsis
+ Vestibulum
