COUN6965TheLaunchPadforAtRiskYouth.U COUN6965 Program Evaluation Plan Part 1: The Clinical Program COUN6965 Applied Research Evaluations in Mental Health Counseling Capella University Program Evaluation Plan Part 1: The Clinical Program The focus of this paper is to create a hypothetical program in which will be called The Launch Pad for At-risk Youth. This program will be specific to male juveniles ranging in age from 14-18 who have been incarcerated due to committing a crime. These youth are not only juveniles who have committed crimes but are also suffering from a form of conduct disorder, depression, anxiety and PTSD along with suicidal ideation. The youth who are in this program are specific to a behavioral issue they are dealing with and are meant to learn specific skills in order to cope and learn to regulate their anger issues. The types of skills used will be based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and D
