A History of the Dutch in America
The Dutch are believed to have been living in the united states since 1613. Even though
there is a vast array of cultural diversification in the United States (US), some unremarkable
phenomena, such as architecture and culture, came to be thanks to the Dutch settlement. This is
about the traditions and even the architecture itself. The rise in power came to an end, and soon
after, control of the port shifted from Dutch to British. One of the world’s frontend economy
giants, wall street, was started by the Dutch and they promoted trade in the region, but this
happened before the defeat over the region by the English.
In the brief introduction of the article, a song title is in Dutch. Kids sing a familiar song
named from the Dutch language even after all the years (Valentino). Even though it has been a
while since the Dutch settled in the US, the ancient Dutch culture is still applauded through the
songs children sing. The settlement of the Dutch in New York, at that time, led to some
inventions which could not go unnoticed. The architecture, in its essence, is undoubtedly one of
the features commonly noticed in New York.
