produced. Complex carbohydrates take longer to process and, in turn, offer energy
that will last longer. While complex carbohydrates aren't always in sweeter foods,
they can be found in breads, starches, and vegetables. Uniquely, vegetables offer the
absorption of excess sugar when being digested. In at least a paragraph (3-5
sentences), explain the differences in saturated and unsaturated fats. Saturated fats
have single bonds and are solid at room temperature. An example would be butter.
Unsaturated fats have multiple bonds and are liquid at room temperature. An
example would be sunflower oil along with other liquid oils. What are the four main
