24-Week Roadmap
Estimated Time Commitment:
● 8–10 hours/week
● Approximately 200–240 hours total
This is a 24-week, self-paced curriculum guide; you can use my notes to help guide you along
the learning process. I structured it so each week builds naturally into the next, with increasing
complexity and repeated review. The course is divided into six units, progressing from
understanding money → managing money → growing wealth → protecting wealth →
advanced finance → creating a lifetime financial plan.
By the end of the 24-weeks, you should be able to:
❖ Read and understand your own financial statements.
❖ Build and maintain a sustainable budget.
❖ Manage debt strategically.
❖ Understand credit and improve your credit profile.
❖ Invest confidently using diversified, evidence-based strategies.
❖ Evaluate retirement accounts and long-term savings plans.
❖ Analyze mortgages, loans, and real estate opportunities.
❖ Understand taxes and basic tax-planning concepts.
❖ Choose appropriate insurance coverage.
❖ Recognize common financial scams and protect your identity.
❖ Build multiple income streams and evaluate entrepreneurial opportunities.
❖ Create a personalized financial system that you can use for decades.
Rather than simply learning financial concepts & math equations, this roadmap is designed to
leave you with a living financial playbook—a system you can revisit and refine as your
income, goals, and life circumstances evolve.

Without further a-do, happy studying and I hope you learn some new skills while gaining
financial knowledge along your journey!
