blood products, body fluids or excretions or secretions contaminated with visible blood, as well as
absorbent materials saturated with blood or blood products that have dried; and (b) nonabsorbent
disposable devices that have been contaminated with blood and that have not been treated by an
approved method.

using invasive methods such as body piercing, tattooing, permanent makeup, micropigmentation,
dermopigmentation, branding, and scarification.
