requirements for licensure within one year from the date the Board approved the
applicant's
most recent application and/or completion of their postdoctoral SWE; otherwise, the
applicant
must submit a new application with the required fee.

Answer:
The board may grant a license to any person who at the time of
application is licensed by a similar board of another state whose standards, in the
opinion of
the board, are not lower than those required by this chapter. The board may require
the
applicant to pass such written and oral examinations as the board may deem
