The overall population of all neighborhoods in Sentinel City combined is 663, 862
people. Casper Park District has the largest population of 352, 643 people, while the smallest
population is in Industrial Heights, which has total of 38,855 people. Acer Tech Center has a
population of 168, 390 people. Nightingale Square has a population of 103, 974 people. There
are 7 races noted in Sentinel City. The races and their population percentages in ascending order
include Native Hawaiian at 0.2%, American Indian at 2%, two or more combined races at 3.1%,
Asian at 3.7%, African American at 10.4%, Hispanic at 31.5%, and Caucasian at 52.7%.
Ages of residents in Sentinel City vary, but the highest age percentage of residents are
ages between 18-64 years old, making up 67.8% of the population. The next highest age was
residents less than 18 years old, which makes up 21.7% of the population. The elderly greater
than or equal to 65 years of age make up 10.5% of the population. Lastly, the very young under
5 years old make up 7.4% of the population.
The median household income in Sentinel City is $49, 091 per year. Approximately
18.9% of Sentinel City residents live below poverty level income. Noninsured residents vary
