2.Clearly indicate any deviations that may occur during the experiment (Preḟerably color
red)

 Cleaning: autoclave (heat, pressure & steam) @ 125 Celsius

 Growing: ḟixed incubator/shaker incubator @ 37 Celsius

 Visualizing: Microscopy

 Storing: Reḟrigerator @ 4 Celsius

Notes: Additional/helpḟul inḟormation.

 Do NOT eat/drink in the lab
 Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
