Learning Objective(s): Using a collaborative whiteboard on Nearpod, students will post at least three examples of how to show good digital citizenship with classmates. Assessment CXN1: Task 1 Direct Instruction Lesson Plan Template Summative Students will create at least 3 Nearpod posts with examples of how to demonstrate good digital citizenship to their classmates. Formative The teacher will share examples, and students will show a thumbs-up for kind and respectful online behavior or a thumbs-down if it is not. Materials • Computers, notebooks, pencils, whiteboards, and internet access. Technology • Computers, students' devices, internet access, video, Nearpod lessons with a collaborative whiteboard for using thumb check (formative assessment) and posts (summative assessment), Google Slides.
