Correct Detailed Answers Already Graded A+

Name a time when you were resourceful. - CORRECT ANSWER-I was
taking a test in one of my calculus classes, and I got to a particular
question I could not solve. Instead of leaving the question blank, I created
my own problem that was similar and solved it correctly. The next day, my
professor commended me on my resourcefulness and told me that I
received full credit for the problem I created.

On a scale of 1 to 10 how aggressive are you? - CORRECT ANSWER-I
would say a 6, but it depends on the situation that I am in. If I'm dealing
with a tight deadline, I will do whatever I can to meet that deadline and
succeed.

Would you say it is important to be the most popular voice in the group? -
CORRECT ANSWER-No. Popularity shouldn't have a say in things that

impact a professional or academic setting.

Have you ever faced adversity (when things seemed against you)? Explain.
- CORRECT ANSWER-Yes. It was about 2 weeks before I had to present
my Master's project and the research version of the software application I

,needed to run some last-minute models completely crashed. This took my
advisor and I by surprise.

When unexpected challenges occur, I like to take a step back and reassess
my place. What I did to work around this issue was download the student
version of the software, which couldn't really run the complex calculations I
needed. To get around this, I created simplified models that would help me
pinpoint vulnerabilities in these models.

Once the research version began to work again, I was able to make a
better model based on my simplified ones, and present my project on time.
It was like I didn't miss a beat!

Give me one word that described you as a child - CORRECT ANSWER-A

for help. I'm a self-starter who likes to solve problems on their own.
Sometimes I have a difficulty of asking for help.

2. Sometimes I focus too much on the details. I like analyzing the finer
points of the task at hand. I've been trying to improve by refocusing on the
bigger picture

3. Saying no. I love to learn new things and love helping people with
projects. It has led to being burnt out at some points. To improve, I've been
working on asking people if they need help first before I interject.

Tell me how you handle being told no? - CORRECT ANSWER-It depends on
the person telling me no. If it is a supervisor, I will listen to them and try to
understand their reasoning.

If it's a coworker or a friend, I will have a conversation with them and ask
them for their perspective while clarifying my viewpoint.

Would you rather go with the flow or stick with the plan? - CORRECT
ANSWER-I prefer sticking with the plan. But I can adapt to unexpected
challenges and alter my plan to achieve my goals.

When you have 2 or 3 tasks or priorities that are all super important, how
do you prioritize what comes first? - CORRECT ANSWER-I prioritize the task

, that has the nearest deadline, and work from there. This helps me stay on
track and ready for any unexpected changes that might come up.

Are you mean? - CORRECT ANSWER-No, I'm not mean. I am a kind and
respectful person, but I can be firm when the situation calls for it.
