Any person violating the provisions of Section 842.1 of this title or rules
promulgated pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by
imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days, a fine not more than 5,000
dollars, or both such fine and imprisonment.

by the State Department of Health. The State Board of Health shall promulgate
