In society today technology is the turning point of industry. Technology is constantly changing and every industry must work to stay in the game and ahead of the game. In the medical field the technology of usage is extensive and with many stakeholders to make happy. The leading person within the technology area in the medical field is the Chief information office and interview a professional would allow great insight to the challenges and benefits of technology within the medical realm. Who Was Interveiwed Adrienne McReynolds is the Administrative Director for Information Technology at Adventist Hospital on the East Coast. She decided to work in the field of computer in college and then became interested in the medical field while doing a project for IBM. She believes that healthcare is challenging and rewarding. She feels being flexible, great communicator, knowledge in the business which they are working. The reason she has continued in this career and working for the same organization since college is that she finds the work fulfilling because lives our saved due to her work and critical to her job satisfaction.
