location or access in the event a hoseline is required to affect a rescue.
When directed by the IC, RIC members may be utilized for other emergency support
activities. These activities shall not delay the primary intended functions of the RIC.
RIC members must be readily available to make entry upon notification by the IC**
The following should be done during or after sizing up the structure:
