What are some case history questions to ask an aphasic or spouse/family member? - correct

Health history - note previous strokes, TIAs, Hypertension, Diabetes, Hypercholesterolemia,
previous surgeries, TBIs, drug/alcohol use, etc.
How would you best describe your language problem? (you don't understand others or you
know what others are saying and you know what you want to say but you can't)
Family history of stroke, heart attach, high blood pressure, depression, etc.
How has your language changed since the incident? (if at all)
Were you driving, taking medicine, take care of yourself before the incident?
