Palesa is a Transformational leader.
The transformational-based strategy increases the motivation and morale of both leaders
and followers with the goal of transforming the current situation by primarily concentrating on
the external environment.
Katie Arendse said that Palesa is bold and authentic, and she that the employees can
always approach Palesa when they have a problem in sight. This can be seen as individual
consideration, which includes leader behaviours that provide special support to employees.
Palesas employees are her greatest cheerleaders, this can be charisma, which is viewed as
the process through which leaders arouse strong emotions in followers. Palesa promotes
intellectual stimulation and personal growth by encouraging staff to come up with innovative
solutions to problems both within and externally to the company.She also demonstrates
individual consideration, which includes leader behaviors that give followers particular
encouragement, such expressing gratitude for a job well done.
Palesa unites various teams and ensures that the vision and mission are lived by her
employees. This can be seen as inspiration, which refers to leader behaviours such as
articulating an appealing vision and intellectual stimulation, which encourages followers to be
creative in solving problems.
