Purulent nasal discharge is seen with acute bacterial rhinosinusitis. Bleeding(Epistaxes) or
Christine maybe noted on lower anterior part of nasal septum with local irritation. Ulcers of the
nasal mucosal or a perforated septum maybe seen with use of cocaine, trauma, chronic
infection, or chronic nose picking. Small, pale, round, firm overgrowth or masses on
mucosa/polyps are seen and clients with chronic allergies.

Frontal and maxillary sinus is our tinder to palpation and clients with allergies or acute bacterial
