it is dextroamphetamine or methylphenidate for minimal brain
dysfunction AKA ADHD or narcolepsy .. then you can get 60 days
, for implantable infusion pumps - can get up to 90 days
◉ to have a collaborative practice agreement, the pharmacist must
have (experience)
Answer: 5 years experience or a pharmD, or have completed
education or residency criteria that the board considers equivalent
to 5 years experience
