You will use another platform, EHR Go, to complete this hands-on assignment that replicates the
health care electronic health records experience for revenue cycle management.
In this exercise, the patient lost his job and has several past due balances for previous appointments.
A collection letter needs to be generated in his account. You will not create the letter, but you will
review the steps on how to do so. You will use this EHRGo activity to answer the questions in the
quiz. There are two attempts for this activity. The highest grade will be entered in the gradebook.
