Klinische bewegingsanalyse & EMG (Elektromyografie)
Inleiding klinische gangbeeldanalyse
Laboratorium voor klinische bewegingsanalyse:
 Looplab; analyse van de loopbeweging
 Inspanningslab; ademgas analyse (energieverbuik aan de hand van CO2 en O2
gebruik)
 Virtual reality lab; loopband met krachtopnemers op de band., meten hoe de patiënt
loopt
 Spierfunctielab; bijvoorbeeld met echografie meten, spieren in detail meten.
Cerebrale parese
 Lesie in de hersenen, ontstaan rond de geboorte (<1 jaar)
 Te zien met MRI scans
 Leidt tot motorische problemen
 Schade is niet progressief in de hersenen, maar in spieren en skelet wel
 Neurale controle:
Spasticiteit (spier wordt té actief)
Synergiën (spieren worden teveel gekoppeld aan elkaar aangespannen; niet individueel
aanspannen)
 Spieren:
Zwakte
Verkorting
Stijfheid
 Skelettaal:
Deformiteiten  ongewone kracht op de botten
Gewrichtsbeperking
 Secundair:
Compensaties
Balans
 De aandoeningen kunnen meestal behandelt worden met bijvoorbeeld orthopedische
chirurgie of een soort botox om spieren te ontspannen. Chirurgisch verlengen van
spieren.
Gaan of gangbeeld = lopen.
