Case File Contents
-copy of indictment or sentencing info
-complete statement of the facts of the crime an offender committed
-the court or sentencing authority in which an offender was sentenced
-the terms of an offenders sentence
-presiding judge, prosecuting officers, investigating officers, defense attorneys
-probation reports
-any social, physical, mental psychiatric, or criminal records
-related court or sentencing authority minutes
-seriousness-of-offense
-favorable supervision outcomes scores
-list of factors and info to establish a presumptive parole release date
