The lungs also commonly succumb to inflammatory changes such as pneumonitis,
pleuritic, and pulmonary hypertension.
Cardiac involvement in individuals with SLE can cause pericarditis,
endocarditis, and coronary artery disease.

HIV-2 most common in West Africa
