Instructions for the Invigilator App
INSTRUCTIONS ON THE DAY OF ASSESSMENT:
1. Ensure that you are connected to the internet to log into the
Invigilator App and scan this QR code.
2. The QR code is only scannable for a limited time, and it should
therefore be scanned as soon as possible after the assessment
commencement time.
3. Keep the Invigilator App open on your smartphone for the full
duration of the assessment.
4. You must follow the assessment time limit provided by the
University.
5. The Invigilator App will emit a beep to alert you when a photo is
required. Please take a photo immediately after receiving the
notification
6. We recommend that you keep your smartphone on charge for the
duration of the assessment.
7. Should you encounter any technical difficulty, please WhatsApp
the Invigilator Helpdesk on +27 (0)73 505 8273.
